Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged one day’s rental fee. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Every trailer is picked up at our lot at 4820 Maple Creek Road, Austin, TX 78745. We are open Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.

Yes, as long as the trailer isn’t booked by another customer. Call us before your return time, and we’ll charge the same daily rate for each extra day. Late returns without notice may incur a late fee.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, a major credit card for the deposit, and a vehicle with a properly installed hitch rated to tow the trailer’s loaded weight.

Yes. A refundable deposit, depending on the trailer type, is held on your card and released within 3 to 5 business days after the trailer is returned in good condition.

That depends on your vehicle’s towing capacity, hitch class, and wiring. Check your owner’s manual, and our staff can confirm compatibility when you pick up. We can also install a hitch ball or wiring adapter for a small fee.

Utility trailers suit furniture, lawn equipment, ATVs, and everyday supplies. Equipment trailers carry skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, UTVs, and vehicles. Not sure? Call and we will match the trailer to your load and your truck.

You’re responsible for damage or loss during the rental period. We offer an optional damage waiver that covers most accidental damage (excluding tires, negligence, and illegal use). Check your own auto policy, as some cover rented trailers.

Yes. Hazardous materials, illegal goods, and loads exceeding the trailer’s weight rating are prohibited. Trailers can’t be used for racing, towing outside the agreed region, or sub-leasing. Please return the trailer clean and free of debris.
